The Basics...
How much is it to enter?
£90 non-members £70 RSnYC members
How do I enter?
Download the entry form, fill it in, attach a cheque or your credit card details and post it to RSnYC.
What boat can I enter?
Boats with a SBR or IRC handicap. For IRC, we want to keep eligibility as wide as possible but with a guide rating of between 0.900 and 1.090. This will ensure we are able to run competative racing. If your boat rates outside this handicap band please contact us to discuss your entry.
What classes are likely to be One Design Fleets?
There will be SBR and IRC fleets and at the moment indications are that there could be a One Design Fleet for J109's, however any class getting 6 or more entries can have its own start.
What is the format for racing?
The majority of fleets will compete on either 'round the cans' or 'windward/leeward' courses, with the PRO aiming for as many races as possible over the weekend.
Is there an evening event on the Saturday night?
YES, of course we are planning a party! We are going to be hosting the 'Frocks and Flipflops Party' . Tickets are £16 per person and include a BBQ and disco. Please bring along friends, family, regualr crew who are unfortunate enough to be boys, everyone is welcome. Please book your tickets via Lucy Burn at RSnYC when you enter (or afterwards!) or accost one of the organisers with your cash!
